The entry point: one type of conversation, done properly.
- All 4 categories: sales, advisory, interview, exam
- 250-page knowledge base
- Standard support
- Knowledge base searched on your device
Put in what matters once — your documents, your descriptions, your numbers. During the conversation Thalassa recognizes the question aimed at you and shows the passage it comes from: file and page, on your screen only.
Thalassa shows you the file and the page it came from. One glance tells you what the answer rests on — so you can say it without hesitating.
Thalassa builds your briefing from your own material, then plays the other side — so you have answered the hard questions out loud once, before anyone asks them.
The answer appears on your screen while the other person is still talking. Nobody joins the conversation, and the window stays out of the screen you share.
Generic AI copilots answer from a model. Thalassa answers from your uploaded documents first — your product specs, your price lists, your case files — and only falls back to the internet when it has to. When sources conflict, your knowledge base wins. That's the difference between an answer that sounds right and one that is right for your business.
The technical question you cannot answer, the discount rule you half-remember, the clause in last year's framework agreement. Thalassa finds it in your own price list and contracts while the question is still being asked, and shows you the page it came from. The sales playbook has the usual objections ready before they land. Connected to your CRM, it pulls the account before the call — open opportunities with stage, amount and close date, the last activities, and any open support case, so you never walk in unaware. Afterwards it drafts the note and the field updates for you to release. Salesforce Beta · HubSpot Beta · Google Workspace Beta · Microsoft 365 Beta
Consulting, technical or subject-matter advice — where the conversation wanders past your core area and the thread still has to hold. Your reports, standards and past project notes answer for you, and a briefing built from them means you arrive knowing what this client asked last time.
Never misstate a statute, a rate or a deadline in front of a client: every library answer names its source. Confidential mode replaces names, file references and addresses with placeholders before anything reaches the model — and if the anonymiser is unavailable you get no answer at all, never a silent pass-through. Both plans are still gated; the reason is on the pricing card. Your matter management connects directly, so the file is at hand instead of on another screen — and anonymisation runs before anything leaves your device. The two weeks between the invitation and the final round. Practice mode interviews you on your own CV and the job ad, the scenario lab plays out the question you are dreading, and a debrief tells you how it went. Buy the window, not a subscription — and use assistance in the interview itself only where it is permitted.
Practice mode is the underrated part: it asks you the uncomfortable questions before anyone else does, from your own lecture notes and reading list, and it needs no microphone. Rehearse a viva or a presentation, then read the debrief on what you actually knew. Student rates need a university e-mail address.
Thalassa listens to the sound on your own computer. It does not join your meeting, it is not a participant, and it asks your meeting platform for nothing. Zoom, Teams, Meet, Webex, a phone call on speaker — whatever you use, there is nothing to set up, no admin approval to chase and no IT ticket to raise.
These pull in your own documents and context. Each is listed with the status it actually has — a connection we have not finished is named as unfinished, never implied.
| System | Connection | Reading & writing data |
|---|---|---|
| Google Workspace | Sign-in works | Reading your data: not yet |
| Microsoft 365 / Outlook | Prepared | Not yet |
| Salesforce | Prepared | In progress |
| HubSpot | Prepared | Not yet |
| Clio Manage | Prepared | Not yet |
| iManage Work | Prepared, set up per firm | Not yet |
“Prepared” means the sign-in path works and the place the credential is kept has been tested. What is missing is registration with that provider for production use, and the part that actually fetches the data. None of this is needed to run a meeting.
The gain is not only in the minutes on the call. It is in the preparation that otherwise costs you an evening, and in the follow-up that otherwise never happens.
Choose by what you do, not by which AI model you get. Cancel anytime. Annual billing saves more than 10%.
One correct answer in a real client call is worth more than the monthly price.
Free trial: one meeting with up to 15 minutes of live answer support, 1 briefing and 1 debriefing, knowledge base capped at about 100 pages. No card, no payment method — and therefore nothing that could renew by itself. Afterwards you choose a plan.
Team licences, central administration and dedicated onboarding are planned and not yet built. There is no single sign-on today, and no availability commitment exists until one is in a contract. Leave a business e-mail address and you will hear when there is something to buy.
All prices are final prices including VAT. Meeting-hour allowances are generous fair-use limits; see the Terms for details. Paid services are sold by Stripe as merchant of record; the contract is concluded with Stripe. Thalassa Consulting Kft. provides the service.

Answered the way they’d be answered on a call, not the way a brochure would.
It is built for professional conversations in which you are expected to have the right information — a client meeting, a negotiation, an advisory call. Getting around examinations is neither supported nor advertised, and where aids are not permitted, using it is not permitted. That is in the terms, not just here.
On screen, no: the window is kept out of the share, there is no sound, no notification and no extra participant. In your behaviour, possibly — someone reading an answer aloud sounds like someone reading aloud. That is why the tool gives you bullet points and not a script.
No. The transcript exists in the moment and is deleted after the conversation; audio is never stored. Whether you have to tell the other side depends on your country, the kind of conversation and your role — that decision stays yours, and Thalassa does not make it for you.
Processing in the EU, Frankfurt. Your knowledge base is searched on your device. Three exceptions, named rather than hidden: answers that use web search leave the EU path; optional live translation leaves it too; and a scanned PDF has each page sent to our Frankfurt backend once, at ingest, for text recognition — that one stays inside the EU but does leave your machine. All three can be switched off.
Because the source is shown, and it is in your own document. If nothing suitable is found, the knowledge base is skipped for that answer rather than padded. We do not claim perfect accuracy. The last word belongs to the person speaking.
Measured against what? One lost deal, one wrong figure quoted to a customer, or one evening of preparation costs more than a month. Measured against a note-taking tool it is expensive — but that tool solves a different problem. If your conversations do not turn on your own documents and do not have to be answered live, a general assistant is cheaper and just as good. We would rather say that than sell you the wrong thing.
That is not a contradiction; it is a different category. Note-taking tools work after the conversation and store everything in order to do it. Thalassa works during the conversation and stores nothing. Plenty of people run both.
No new answers come. The search across your own documents keeps working, because it runs on your device.
We index it live, in your region, and delete it afterwards on your instruction.
Audio → transcribed live → a sourced answer, translated on demand → deleted. Your knowledge base stays on your machine. Answers are generated in Frankfurt. Nothing about your meetings is kept as a permanent record.
